The hotel is right in the heart of Blackpool, conveniently close to everything we needed and very close to all the attractions. The rooms, while featuring excellent facilities, had a very tiny bathroom, but the bed was comfortable. The service was impeccable, especially from the housekeeping team. The dining experience was pleasant with delicious included canapes. However, some facilities may require an upgrade for a more luxurious stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were in a very poor state, especially the tiny bathroom, but the bed was surprisingly comfortable and the facilities were excellent. The location was superb, being very close to the center and all the shops. However, the price seemed a bit steep for what was offered.
